Annual Conference

Our annual conference will be on Thursday, March 6th and Friday, March 7th at the Sheraton in West Des Moines, with prep on-site on Wednesday, March 5th.
Some of the possible volunteer activities include:
- Marketing (e.g., sharing our social media posts about the event on your social media accounts)
- Event set-up on-site on Wednesday
- Decorate exhibit hall on Wednesday
- On-site support at registration desk Thursday and Friday
- On-site tech support Thursday and Friday
- On-site t-shirt sales support Thursday and Friday
- Event tear-down on Friday
Registration + breakfast and lunch would be included on the day(s) of the conference (Thursday and Friday) on which you volunteer.
Hill Day

Our annual Brain Injury on the Hill Day will be on March 18th at the Capital in Des Moines.
Some of the possible volunteer activities include:
- Marketing (e.g., sharing our social media posts about the event on your social media accounts)
- Event set-up on-site
- On-site support at registration table
- Supporting individuals in talking to legislators
- Talking to legislators that don’t have a visitor
- Event tear-down
Run, Walk, & Roll

Our Run Walk & Roll will be on September 27th in Iowa City.
Some of the possible volunteer activities include:
- Marketing (e.g., sharing our social media posts about the event on your social media accounts)
- Event set-up on-site
- On-site support at registration table
- On-site audio (e.g., mic) support
- On-site support at water station(s)
- On-site support at snack station(s)
- Event tear-down
